These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.

If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Ozi Shopping. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Ozi Shopping suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Ozi Shopping reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Ozi Shopping.
Prices & Postage Costs
Ozi Shopping will always seeks to list it’s Products with the most competitive prices.
Ozi Shopping reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed on Ozi Shopping at any time before you place an Order.
The price of products shown excludes postage costs.
Postage cost will be shown separately on the checkout page, and may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.
You will also have the option of selecting your desired postage method. i.e. Express Post, Normal Post etc, the different options will be shown with the prices for your preferred selection.
Please note that any items purchased that total $100.00 or more will have the postage costs waived.
We are unable to warrant that product descriptions and other information displayed on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free, including its availability at the moment of processing the order.
GST
Ozi Shopping purchases include GST.
Delivery Policy
We deliver directly to your nominated mailing address throughout Australia via Australia Post.
We dispatch all items on the next business day after receiving payment. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive the goods after placing your order. Delays outside our control may be experienced. Where multiple items are purchased, delivery may be received at different times. An additional delivery charge may be applicable if the product is not accepted by you during your prescribed delivery time.
Liability Disclaimer
Access to this website and use of any information contained on it, including the use of a credit card or other debit device, or creation of any liability or obligation in connection with the access to or use of the website is at the user’s sole risk. You hereby waive all claims against Ozi Shopping that may arise out of use of this website (however caused, including negligence and the unavailability or malfunction of the website, either partly or wholly). Ozi Shopping will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
Resolving Disputes, Refunds and Cancellations

If you have a dispute about goods or services obtained, please email us for assistance. However, it may be expedient for you to contact the manufacturer or supplier directly, because their warranties will generally apply.
Returns policy: Ozi Shopping will not accept returned goods unless required under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Ozi Shopping which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ozi Shopping harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Ozi Shopping which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and Ozi Shopping harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any Intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and your use of Ozi Shopping website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of courts in VIC.
